I love this hospital a lot. Although you wait for a long time in the ER, but the quality of service is great. Surgeries done in this hospital are very professional. Staff are caring and the hospital is very clean.

My doctor ordered me to have an echocardiogram at this facility and I had the distinct pleasure of getting Dr. Ausra as my Cardiologist. She was so nice to talk to and very professional. She made my day and for that I award 5 stars! The hospital was also easy to navigate due to proper signage, also nice and neat.

My cousin had both of her kids delivered here and I will have mine delivered here in December. They saved my younger cousins life here a few years ago, he wasn’t moving and they had to do an emergency C section. They did just in time because he was swallowing meconium. He would have been a still born if they didn’t make that critical decision. I’m confident in having my baby here, everyone has been treating me so well and the doctors are so knowledgeable.

THE absolute best hospital!!!! I have been a patient, off and on, of Good Samaritan Hospital since 2008. My initial surgery there was done by an incredible Superman surgeon, Dr. Devata! From the ER, to the ICU, to the floor nurses and specialists, they deliver compassionate care - very intentional and deliberate kindness. The food service employees are kind - Rajah (sp) is an older woman who was one of the kindest people we encountered there. Housekeeping staff are kind, and wish you well when they enter your room. All in all we travel from Bolingbrook to Good Sam when hospital care is necessary . . . we have always been extremely pleased, and as we're able, will always return there if and when hospital care is needed! GREAT JOB, Good Sam!

Have been there several times and have always been treated greatly. From technicians to nurses to doctors they've always cared about my well-being, especially my PC, Dr. Syed.

I had really great nurses here for my surgery. Everyone was very friendly including the volunteers. They answered my questions. My only negative was that the anesthesiologist did not have very good bedside manner.

Great care from the doctors all the way to the housekeeping services. The nurses are the friendliest and professional as any other hospitals I've been too. Keep up the fantastic service and care. Go 5th floor!

I and my husband have been to countless hospitals in the suburbs and the city and this is the most amazing hospital! The staff from the e.r to the cardic unit to the front desk ,the cafe, giftshop, valet were phenomenal! The cleaning staff is unsurpassed in maintaining this hospital like ive never seen , the nurses the c.n.a's the care team were superb going above and beyond ! My husband left northwestern mem in Chicago 1 week prior to coming here were he went in with chest pain (he already has cvd, diabetes &7 stents) he left nwm down town with only a chest xray while being there 2 days and told it wasnt his heart) well the amazing dr Fenner did a cardiac cath and my husband had a 99% blockage ! Saved my husband's life ! So for anyone and everyone looking at this website I implore you to make Goood Samaritan your hospital of choice ! Thank you Good Sam's whole staff ,you are a Godsend!

I BEEN GOING TOO GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. HAD 2 OUTPATIENT SURGERIES, LAB WORK SEVERAL TIMES HAVE A CARDIOLOGIST & UROLOGIST THERE WHO IS THE NICEST PEOPLE PLUS RECENTLY AN ER VISIT FOR INJURED KNEE. THE STAFF IN ER WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & SHOWS CONCERN FOR PATIENTS WELL BEING. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANTLY FRIENDLY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. FROM REGISTRATION, NURSES & DOCTORS & X-RAY & MRI TECS WERE VERY NICE. THE HOSPITAL SHINES LIKE A PALACE. GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL SETS THE BAR HOW A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE LIKE. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING WHEN YOU WALK INN TOO YOUR DISCHARGE. IF I COULD GIVE A 8 STAR RATING THAT'S WHAT IT WOULD BE. SO I SAY GOOD SAMARITAN DESERVES 5 PLUS STAR RATING

We had a wonderful experience here (for the most part) during my mom's surgery. Food would come late sometimes, but overall the people were very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Both of my parents have been to this hospital numerous times for a huge variety of reasons. They have arrived there by ambulance as well as driven by a family member. I am shocked by the negative comments even though it is obvious a lot of them are from the same group of family and friends, bringing down the amount of ratings for service and treatment. My mother, a medicare patient, is in there now from a fall which caused a broken hip and the need for surgery. Everything may not have gone as quickly as we wanted, but we also understand she needed specialists and they are not sitting in the next room waiting for someone to come in. She was kept comfortable and ALWAYS treated with great respect. Everyone from the ER staff to the "transporter", I think his name is Luke, to the maintenance employees have been kind, have great sense of humors and are very gentle and caring. While my Mother was coming out of the anesthesia she actually mentioned how funny and nice Luke was. I, along with my family, are very happy with the treatment being given to her. The only complaint would be the cafeteria not being open on weekends, but there is small coffee shop with a variety of snacks and such. Our thanks to everyone at Good Sam

Not being an expert on hospitals, limited exposure, my experience was excellent. Doctors, nurses and support staff were competent and professional, a very satisfying encounter with the medical world.stafcommunity.

Had minor surgery yesterday at Good Sam and the nurses, techs and physicians were wonderful. Great communication all the way through, from scheduling and pre-surgical instructions to post-op care. Beautiful place and wanted to say thanks to all for their kindness and for taking great care of me!

Saying that I'd like to come back there is maybe not right but if I ever have to thats the one. They reacted quickly and treated me very good, food was delicious, nurses very friendly. Giving them A+ and a 5*

From the moment I arrived at the facility for my surgery, to the time I was wheeled out a few days later, every single person I interacted with at Good Samaritan was first class. Every nurse made me feel like I was their only patient, even though they were very busy. I never once felt like they were rushing me through. Two nurses in particular on the 5th floor, Angelique, and Nadia, were especially friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility if you are in need for a top quality hospital.

The NICU nurses here are the best in this area! They cared so much about our little preemie girls and took such great care of all of us. We still visit annually when they throw a block party for NICU families.

Dr. Roth and staff were amazing. No privacy when checking into the ER which is strange considering HIPPA laws but the staff was great. Dr. Roth and I believe the nurses name may be Maria (not sure) were so caring and thorough. Thanks
